We built ehcp.tech for SEND parents. We take your privacy seriously and want to be completely transparent about what we collect and why.

What we collect

Email address only. When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. That's it.

Why we collect it

To keep you updated on when ehcp.tech launches and share relevant updates. We won't email you about anything else.

How your email is stored

Your email address is stored and processed by Buttondown, our email provider. Buttondown acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your email is not shared with any other third party.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible:

• Does not use cookies
• Does not collect personal data
• Does not track you across sites
• Is fully GDPR compliant without a consent banner

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send
• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data

Data retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our mailing list. You can also request full deletion at any time.

If we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
